What are your plant minimums?All available items can be ordered in 'per flat' quantities. Minimum quantities per plant/variety are as follows: 4" pots - 15 per flat 6" pots - 6 per flat 8" pots - 4 per flat 8" hanging baskets - 3 per flat

Do you sell to the general public?No, we are a wholesale-only business. Our customer base is garden centers, grocery stores, and independent flower shops.

Where do you deliver to?We deliver direct via our own fleet of semi-trucks to the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, Okanagan, Kootenays, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Washington and Oregon in the USA. If your store is not in a major shipping area, we also can ship your order to a Floral courier warehouse and have our products boxed and delivered by them. To know if you are in our direct shipping zone or require an additional courier, please contact your sales representative.

What are your hours?Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm. Our sales area hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm We are closed on weekends.

Can I shop in person at Burnaby Lake?If you have an existing account with us, then yes. We have a shopping area at our greenhouse where our customers can pick up orders or shop for themselves.

Do you deliver?All of our wholesale customers can have our products delivered directly to their door in most markets. We offer quick delivery to our customers located in Greater Vancouver. Western Canada and the US Pacific Northwest via our own climate-controlled delivery trucks to ensure your products arrive fresh. Please contact your sales representative to place an order and be informed of the delivery schedules for your area.

Do you have a recycling program for plastic pots?No, we do not collect used Burnaby Lake containers for both logistical and sanitary reasons. However, our pots are 100% recyclable and are accepted at most recycling facilities. To find out if our pots are accepted in your local area, contact your community’s recycling department.
