6" Money Tree - Braid
Pachira
Money Tree is a fast grower that, in some cultures, is thought to bring good fortune and create positive energy. The braiding of its trunk is thought to trap this good fortune and positive energy in its folds. Money Trees grow best in consistently warm temperatures with no drafts and higher humidity levels. To increase the humidity around your plant, consider using a humidifier in the room, or lightly mist the leaves once a week with water. Avoid placing your Money Tree near any drafts, warm or cold; changes in the temperature around your plant may cause it to start dropping its leaves.

Money Trees like to be water regularly, once the top inch of soil is dry. To check, stick your finger into the soil to your knuckle. Water more frequently during the growing season, reducing the amount and frequency during the Fall and Winter months. To avoid overwatering, discard any excess water that has drained out the bottom of the pot. |
